Cappadocia

Cappadocia is unlike any other place I've ever been.  To say that the views we experienced were breathtaking is an understatement.  The landscape and architecture if you can even call it that is so unique.  The entire areas that we saw were caves.  Toronto is full of sky scrapers and it was such a nice change to be able to see for miles with no eye sores obstructing your view.

We were told that taking a hot air balloon ride is a must (it is!!!).  I was nervous at first because I'm not so fond of heights, but I loved it.  It was definitely a once in a lifetime experience and if I was ever given an opportunity to take another hot air balloon ride, I wouldn't hesitate to hop back in the basket!  We went with Urgup Balloons and they were fantastic.  Our "captain" even landed the basket right on the trailer attached to the van.  We were really impressed!

Completely worth the 3:30am wake up call
